Each entree prepared by Chef Angela will be accompanied by one complementary side dish.  Once your meals for the week have been prepared, some can be stored in the freezer for enjoyment at a later date.  However, a selection of meals will be stored in your refrigerator to be enjoyed within 2-3 days of their preparation.  Chef Angela has many recipes to choose from, most of which are suitable for freezing.  Those meals not suitable for freezing will be specifically notated for refrigeration only.  Either way, every Chef Angela meal will come with detailed heating instructions.  If you follow the proper heating instructions, only you and Chef Angela will ever know the meal was frozen!

On your scheduled cooking date, Chef Angela will bring all of the ingredients, utensils and supplies required to prepare all your meals in the safety of your own kitchen.  At the end of the day, Chef Angela will package and label your meals with complete heating instructions.  Depending on your specific menu choices, Chef Angela will generally be in your kitchen for 4 – 6 hours per visit.  Since this is a professional service it is kindly requested that Chef Angela be allowed to perform her services without interruption.  Your kitchen area should be clean and ready for use on your scheduled cooking date.  Children and pets should be kept away from the kitchen during the visit as well to minimize the potential for any mishaps.  Chef Angela will spend a brief moment at the end of the cooking day to personally review your meals and answer any questions you may have.

 Any special dietary needs and/or food allergies will be addressed upon the completion of your Food Preferences and Allergy Restrictions forms.  All dietary requirements can be accommodated including low fat, low carb, low sodium, heart healthy, organic and diabetic needs.  Chef Angela utilizes only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and her culinary expertise is vast.  Chef Angela is able to accommodate any request you have – from fancy, gourmet to comfort food to international cuisine!  Chef Angela’s job is not finished until your weekly meals are prepared, your kitchen is completely cleaned up and your home is filled with the aromas of a home cooked meal.
